How long does the free trial last?
At least a full month.
This is the first month following your application. For example, if you request your trial version on November 10, your trial period will run from activation until January 1. We need a maximum of two working days to activate your login.
What happens after my application?
You can expect two emails from us, then you can get started.
The first email is a confirmation of your request. Then we prepare your Quick Release access and database, completely separate from all other users.
The second email will be sent a maximum of two working days later. This contains your login and a password. Then you can get started.
What happens at the end of the trial period?
One week before the end of the trial period we will contact you again and see which monthly formula is most interesting for you. You can continue working, no data will be lost.
We can help you import all reservations from your current system into Quick Release and we are happy to listen to what you are missing to fully support your operational activities. We are always open to ideas that can make our software even better.
Still not convinced, we will deactivate your login.
Which functionalities can I use during the free trial period?
All functionalities, including the mobile app, are active during the trial period.
These functionalities also all remain available in every monthly formula, the mobile app excluded.
The mobile app is only a paying option with the TROPO monthly formula. The mobile app is included in the STRATO and MESO monthly formulas.
You can send 10 text messages during the trial period.
Can I link my website during the trial period?
Linking a website is always custom work for a fee. This can be done at any time, both during the trial period and after several months of use.
We need to set up and activate our API for your domain. You pay €350 excl. VAT for this.
Your website builder will have to use our API. He may also charge a fee for this.
