WHO IS THE SOFTWARE INTENDED FOR?

The software is made for operators and balloon pilots who plan their flights and manage bookings themselves. You can subscribe as a company (VAT number required). Quick Release is not offered to private individuals.

The software is available in multiple languages and is distributed throughout Europe.

I AM NOT A TECHIE. IS IT DIFFICULT TO GET TO KNOW THE SOFTWARE?

Absolutely not.

As soon as your domain is ready, you surf to https://[yourcompany].quickrelease.online and you can get started without installation and on any device. The software has to prove itself. You will also learn a lot of possibilities on the functions page on this website.

WHAT DO I NEED TO USE THE SOFTWARE?

An up to date internet browser and an internet connection (4G / WiFi).

The software works best with Google Chrome. Safari and Firefox are also possible. Edge and Internet Explorer are currently not recommended.

Always make sure to install the latest updates on your device. This is not only important for the compatibility with our software, but also to prevent hackers from exploiting weaknesses in old versions.

HOW CAN I LINK WITH MY WEBSITE?

You can save a lot of time by linking to your website and immediately transferring bookings to Quick Release. No more overtyping. Customers also immediately see how many seats you still have available on which flight.

To link to your website 2 things have to be done.  

  1. We need to activate the API. Via our API you can digitally read the flight calendar and send bookings and gift vouchers to Quick Release. The activation costs €350.
  2. Your website builder needs to modify your website to use the API. Since there are so many different platforms to build websites, it is impossible for us to provide a plugin for each of those platforms. Your website builder will also charge a fee for this.

We already have some customers who have successfully integrated with a WordPress and a Joomla website.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

There are 3 formulas with a fixed cost per month. The cost depends from the capacity of your fleet.

The number of passengers and the number of flights are always unlimited. NO price per passenger, NO price per flight. Till 2020 it was possible to use the software according to usage (pay as you use). This model is only used for customers who were customers before 2020

DO I NEED TO SUBSRIBE FOR EACH USER OF THE SOFTWARE?

The software is in the name of your company. If you have several people who are involved in your operational planning or administration, you can request a login for each of your employees. They only have access to the flight information of their own flights.

You will soon be able to give passengers access to their reservation. They will not need a login, just a secure URL.

HOW LONG DOES A SUBSCRIPTION RUN?

A subscription runs for at least 3 months and is then automatically renewed for 1 month each time. It can be cancelled on any moment for the following month. A yearly subscription is possible, runs for 12 months and is to be paid in advance. In this case you only pay for 11 months.
