Quick Setup
- You can get started with Quick Release after a few hours thanks to a simple on-boarding process.
- Quick Release is a cloud software that is offered as a service (software as a service). You don’t have to install anything, just register online with your personal domain name.
- Next to creating the basic data like balloons, crew and take-off locations, you can also import open bookings and gift vouchers.
- Optionally, you can ask your website builder to link your website based on the Quick Release API.
Strategic planning
- You can easily create your flight planning or flight calendar in the beginning of the season or a few days before a beautiful weekend.
- You can easily match the flight planning (the offer) to your reservation waiting list (the supply). You will be helped with the choice of locations, type and point of time.
Quick Reservation
- New bookings are easily add with all the wishes of the passengers, but also the weights, the kids and other special needs.
- Note the rate, the advance and the method of payment. Match the payment to one of the gift vouchers.
- You can easily communicate from Quick Release by email and SMS to avoid long phone calls and the history of all communication is easily accessible.
- Passengers of cancelled flights can choose a new flight via the mobile app (new in 2021).
Check-in
- On the terrain you can have the passengers digitally sign on your tablet after the briefing.
